This 12mm gold nut adapter allows installation of standard La Pavoni Professional pressure gauges on compatible machines. It serves as the upper sight glass adapter for proper gauge mounting and operation.
Compatible with: La Pavoni Professional, La Pavoni Stradivari (16-cup boiler), La Pavoni EUROPICCOLA (manufactured up to 1989)
This adapter is designed specifically for La Pavoni Stradivari with 1.6L boiler capacity (16-cup models). It will not fit the 8-cup EUROPICCOLA variant, which requires the smaller 11mm adapter instead. Part number 3120109.
The La Pavoni Professional Pressure Gauge Gold Nut 12mm ADAPTER 3120109 Stradivari is evocative, to say the least, but that's why you're drawn to it in the first place.
